1-Aim of endopeel technique with carbolic acid Carbolic acid ( which is an acid) is used to not only dimunish the contractile function of the muscles but to increase the basis level of the tonicity of the muscles . That is why such acid can be used to lift any kind of area of the face, neck, body, decolleté.
2- Indications are the followings -
Forehead Lifting : Frown horizontal lines vs botox. Carbolic acid paralyses nothing. You keep your expression as the mimiques .- Facial Liftings : Endopeel technique with carbolic acid realizes an immediate lifting of the face where it is applied . the effect is immediate . like 30 minutes after the first injection . that is why patients are immediately happy because you get immediate result

Any doctor after specific trainings can do it . You do not need to be specialist in plastic surgery , or in dermatology to make such treatments.
7.Retouches or other sessions ?
Retouch is a bad term. Better to speak about 2 nd session or maintenance treatment.First time you are in contact with endopeel, the effect will have only 1 month duration. Second time you are in contact with endopeel , the effect will have a duration of 6 months
And at the difference of botox, with endopeel more you apply it, longer will be the effects with better improvement. But instead of doing one session each 6 months, many doctors and me like the maintenance treatment using 1 or 2 ml of carbolic acid only each 2 months , which looks like an eternity rejuvenation or a non stop cindirella . 8. Can be it used whole life ?

9. Precautions -
Avoid any patients with cardiopathies because of toxicity of carbolic acid- Avoid patients who have allergy to peanuts because of peanuts oil acid in the chosen preparation ( the treatment can be done on such patients but they will get longer and huge edema with some itching reactions. Bestens is to give them some corticoids )- Avoid pusillanime patients ( we can therefore use 2 types of anesthesies for such patients or the nitrogenotherapy using 70% 02 mixing with 30% N20 during the endopeel application or special creams using as basis not so much lidocain, but 7% tetracain completed with Lipothène or some Benzocain , which need to be applied 15-20 minutes before the endopeel application- Smokers and alcohol drinkers will get more edema than othersOf course most patients will not have such edemas .- Better is also to avoid sun exposure and hot drinks ( coffee, tea, chocolate) during just the 1 st week after endopeel treatments- Cold creams containing Vit A, VitC, Vit E , anti UVA and anti UVB without pyrogenic and comedogenic components need to be used in the first 48 h following the session. Such creams are called Les Félins, Kosmopeel, Stretchpeel.At least , to avoid any kind of edema , it is recommended to treat the first 3 months, each month the patients with just 2 ml of the chosen preparation , which need to be distributed all over the chosen area which has to be treated . After these 3 months, a maintenance treatment can be done. Also ice cubes in surgical gloves can be used before any point of injection.

11- Can the patients loose their expressions ?

There are 3 kind of edemas

It can be treated with some anti histaminic which help .
Such anti histaminic are given by some physicians from the day o of endopeel
15.2 edema of first sessions
Of course any patient should be informed that edemas can happen at the 1 st and 2 nd sessions of endopeel, especially when patients have never been treated by endopeel before. After 3 rd session, the edema may not exist any more or will not any more be so much important as previous sessions.
But edema is always important for perioral, periocular and forehead areas .

I was upset at you as you wrote last time that it was because of product and not of material, as some dermatologists know.
My long experience demonstrated the needles importance and I made some studies showing the differences.
