Material and Checklist for an Endopeel®
Hands-On Workshop

 

This checklist defines the minimum required setup, materials, and safety conditions to run an Endopeel® hands-on workshop in a standardized and clinically safe environment.

 It is intended for workshop organizers, hosting clinics, participating physicians, and assisting staff.

The training facility must provide a clean, well-organized clinical environment suitable for injections, documentation, and supervised hands-on training.

Minimum room requirements

    • Electricity and adequate lighting

    • Sufficient space between treatment beds

    • 1 treatment bed for every 2 physicians

    • 1 table per bed (disposable or washable surface)

    • Sharps container (needles/syringes) at each station

    • Waste bin for contaminated disposables (gauzes, pads)

    • Neutral background or curtain behind each bed (recommended for standardized photography)

    • 1 stool or chair per treatment station

For clinical documentation, a consistent background and
stable lighting are strongly recommended.

Each treatment station must be fully equipped before
the first patient is brought into the room.

  • Sterile non-woven gauzes (10 × 10 cm), in bulk

  • Sterile cotton pads
  • Permanent markers (red, white, blue, black) + optional yellow
  • Marker sharpener
  • 1 ml syringes (Luer lock)
  • Needles: 30G × 13 mm (face) and 27G (body)
  • Disposable cups
  • Endopeel® solution – 2X10 ml
  • Post-procedure cream (Aseptiskin® or equivalent)
  • Skin disinfectant without alcohol
  • Examination gloves (latex-free)
  • Protective underpads (approx. 20 × 40 cm)

All consumables must be available in sufficient quantity to avoid interruptions during training.

Patient Checklist

    • Wear non-sterile disposable medical clothing (gown/cover)

    • No makeup, creams, or topical products on the treatment area

    • Pre-procedure clinical photographs taken at least 10 minutes before treatment

    • Signed written informed consent obtained and filed

    • No fever and no active infection

    • No recent alcohol intake

    • No other procedures in the same area within the last 2 weeks

    • Contraindications reviewed and documented

Physician Checklist

All participating physicians and assistants must follow
basic clinical hygiene and dress code standards.

  • Blue medical scrubs (disposable or washable)
  • Disposable medical cap
  • Clean, closed medical footwear
  • Examination gloves during all procedures
  • Avoid jewelry, watches, and personal accessories during treatment

Workshop Compliance

This checklist is mandatory for Endopeel® certified hands-on workshops.
Organizers are responsible for verifying compliance before the workshop begins.
